Zoos, safari, museums, nature trails, theme parks, roller coasters… Spain has a great number of opportunities for rest and entertainments. The wide range of recreations is focused on the contact with environment and science.
In different regions of Spain, you can visit the relevant cultural events with their wide diversity- from the ancient to the modern traditions. You can feel the festive atmosphere: artistry, spirituality, joy, luxury and positivity. Most of them are characterized by theatricality. The most famous Spanish traditions are corrida and flamenco.
Such holidays as San Fermin, Las Fallas, April Fair and Holy Week in Sevilla have an international character, based on the deep-rooted traditions.
For example, the spring holiday of San Jose in Valencia includes monumental and ephemeral cardboard statues. Later, the beautiful cartoon images are burned, which adds attraction to this event.
You can also visit the rock festival, famous international jazz festival or festival of employers in La Blanca.
All Spanish cities and villages are decorated with garlands, flowers and many other elements, which creates festive and bright mood. Go to the different fairs, where you can buy interesting souvenirs, treat yourself and buy the original goodies. Large fairs are accompanied by the attractions for children and adults.
If you like to eat good food, taste the national dishes and enjoy the aroma of world-famous wine, if you want to have fun at the gastronomic parties, if you have always dreamed of combine the nature and tasty food and try the good canapes, we will gladly give you the necessary information.
If you come to Spain in April, don’t miss the festival “San Prudencio”. You will be surprised to see the tents of educated chefs in the streets. And, of course, you should try the “revuelto de perretxikos” (fried eggs with mushrooms) and snails.
From May till August, you can visit even more fairs and festivals in Madrid. For example, you can choose between the “sweet festivals” (such as a spring honey fair “Antoñana”).
The wine-tasting also takes place in the city streets.
