The opening of the program will take place on the 23th of June (when Madrid will celebrate cultural and art festival), and the main celebration will start on the 29th of June (street performances, running in heels, annual awards ceremony, gala concert, etc.). Many Spanish stars will visit Madrid during the festival, including Dana International, Ruth Lorenzo, Baccara and Chenoa.

The festival will culminate in the gay parade that takes place on the 2nd o July (18.00, Atocha Station). Undoubtedly, this is the most interesting and colorful part of the festival. Here you will see the members of LGBT community as they are. Boys and adult men wearing sexy women’s clothes and war paint, send everyone air kisses and allow taking pictures with them. Girls hold each other’s hand without being afraid of judgment. The loud music plays, and the parade members dance and have a lot of fun, as today is their day, and they have every right to do that! Even their parents are relatives don’t stay aside, but support their loved ones, taking part in the parade.
