Madrid attracts the tourists from all over the world, which is not surprising. You can visit this city several times, but it’s not enough to visit all attractions try all delicious dishes and hear all incredible legends.

In the capital the modern and medieval buildings form a bizarre combination. Every tourist will find something special here. The young people will remember Madrid as a city with the best night clubs, and the older travelers will be delighted by the artistic and cultural heritage: parks and museums. The children will like the Warner Brothers Park. Everyone will be pleasantly surprised by the developed public transport system.

Plaza Mayor is one of the busiest places in the city. Here you can admire the buildings with balconies that have seen the royal celebration, knight tournaments and bullfight. After the walk you will want to have a snack – many cafes and restaurants are ready to open their doors!

Puerta del Sol is also interesting with its elliptical shape. It has the building with the clock, Academy of Arts, monument “Bear and a strawberry tree” and many other attractions that are worth seeing. You will always remember this walk.

You should also visit the churches and monasteries, but only with the tour. You won’t find so many interesting legends in any guidebook.

If you arrived in Madrid for the first time, and doubt that you’ll visit it again, here are some advices what to see and do. Try the incredibly delicious donuts called “churros”. You won’t find them anywhere else. Go to the park Casa de Campo and take the cable car. Don’t forget to plan the one-day trip to the Prado Museum. Visit “Museo de Jamon” for lunch and make a real “belly party”.
